Terms and conditions
This working draft sets out general terms for use of the public CLEVERDATA website.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about CLEVERDATA, its enterprise applications, AI and automation capabilities, market focus and contact channels. It does not constitute a binding product offer, implementation commitment, warranty or professional advice.
2. Product scope and availability
Features, modules, integrations, languages, deployment options and implementation timelines depend on the agreed product version, customer environment, technical feasibility, licensing, security requirements and contract. They must be confirmed in a written scope.
3. Demonstrations and illustrations
Website workflows, dashboards, figures and scenarios may be illustrative. A demonstration does not guarantee identical results in every organization. Business outcomes depend on process design, current baseline, data quality, integration, user adoption and operating conditions.
4. Security and compliance statements
Security architecture, data residency, certifications, regulatory alignment and hosting commitments apply only when documented for the specific deployment and agreement. General website descriptions should not be interpreted as certification or legal compliance guarantees.
5. Intellectual property
The CLEVERDATA name, brand elements, software concepts, website content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right to copy, modify, distribute or commercially use them is granted except through written permission or an applicable agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit harmful content or use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.
7. External services
The website may link to the CLEVERDATA application, email, telephone, WhatsApp and other external services. Their availability and data practices are governed by the relevant provider and applicable customer arrangements.
8. Liability
The final legal terms should define permitted exclusions and limitations according to applicable law. No limitation should be published without legal review.
9. Governing law and disputes
The applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute procedure must be completed by CLEVERDATA’s legal adviser.
10. Contact
Questions can be sent to business@cleverdata.in.
